It's best to wash your bottle by hand. If you don't have time to clean it with dish soap every day, simply fill it with clean water, empty it and let it breathe for a few minutes. That will be enough.

We recommend washing it at least once a month with dish soap, baking soda or diluted vinegar. All work great. This is standard for stainless steel bottles.
